Business analyst
With the help of other team members, business analysts are in charge of specific components of projects such as analyzing a client's performance or conducting interviews with key market players. They also support management in their internal activities by formalizing presentations and conducting research.
Consultant
Consultants work autonomously on clients' projects and fully handle work streams. They proactively participate in the firm research and build internal database. In addition to supporting management, consultants are also mobilized on recruitment events such job fairs, as well as research.
Associate
Associates are fully autonomous on clients projects, they handle complex tasks on work streams and projects such as developing complex quantitative models and coordinating multiple stakeholders. They begin to be specialized in a selected industry, participate in recruitment interviews and contribute in thought leadership.
Engagement Manager
On projects, engagement managers are responsible on site for respecting engagement deadlines, reporting to management and planning complex projects. They are fully specialized in an industry. They also begin to participate in commercial development activities and take wider role in thought leadership.
Principal
Principals are focused on building strong and lasting relations with Stratexis clients. They are responsible for ensuring the quality of all documents delivered to clients. They also actively participate in Stratexis internal development by recruiting & mentoring young talents, developing a niche expertise and expanding the firm's footprint by thought leadership.
Partner
Partners are in charge of Stratexis culture, management decisions and future investments. They bring deep industry knowledge to our clients and inspire innovation throughout the firm. Partners are particularly focused on commercial development, clients relationship projects overview and building teams.
