Resisting to change considered the biggest threat to transformation

Everybody wants a change, but nobody accepts to endure what is required to reach it. Changing an organization introduces uncertainties that push employees beyond their comfort zone, which generates negative resistance. A downturn in performance at the beginning of the change cycle is generally observed, which in return handicaps adoption by all workforce.
